Hehe :) Ok, go to your blog, at the top of the page you'll have your navigation bar. Click Dashboard if it says that, or if not click Customise. Regardless of the route you'll either be on the Layout page or can click a link to get to it. In Layout, click Add a Gadget then choose Followers :) Position it where you want it then click Save. Ta da, people can follow you :) xox
