Sally's Update

Hello lovelies :)

I have news! After receiving my Sally's order and finding that China Glaze Ruby Pumps had leaked all over my order, Mum advised me to contact customer services to tell them what had happened and request a replacement. I felt a bit cheeky asking (does anyone else feel like that in similar situations?) but regardless,  I shot off a quick email to customer services.

I hadn't had a reply, yet this morning, what arrived? The DHL man armed with two Sally's packages - one, my missing China Glaze Coconut Kiss, and the other, a replacement China Glaze Ruby Pumps! Both heavily bubblewrapped. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Sally's customer service department for dealing with this in such a prompt manner :) Now there is some good customer service!

  1. You should always do that. When I send out nail polish in a swap or sale I always bubble-wrap and I'm no China Glaze. Good for you and good for them.

  2. I know, I always bubblewrap polish when I send it to people, it's just common sense. I'm a China Glaze convert I'm afraid! xx
