January Snapshot

Hi everyone :)

I saw this on Daisy's blog and thought I'd do it too. I quite like the idea of letting you all know what's been going on in my world this month :)

Listening to... Radio 1 mostly and whatever's on my iPod. Particularly loving 30 Seconds To Mars, Mumford & Sons, Biffy Clyro, Owl City, Florence & The Machine, and Ke$ha
Reading... Dan Brown's Lost Symbol. About time really as I bought it back in September!
Watching... Material Girl, Grey's Anatomy, Brothers & Sisters, CSI and of course, Glee!
Buying... A Konad set!! Oh and textbooks. Boring!
Wanting... more money so that I can buy pretty things :) I want to go on a Primark spree.
Trying... to use up all the crap that I've got and eat more healthily
Loving... successful Konadicures, cups of tea, sleep, Twitter and blogging :)
Planning... my future (or attempting to) and my London trip with Ruth in July
Making... progress in my thoughts... I hope!
Writing... erm blog posts haha? And lots of notes. I have random bits of paper and post its all over my wall!
Cooking... Stir Fry :)
Inspired by... the sun, other bloggers and weheartit

  1. Oh my! We have similarities at least in one thing from each section! *waves to 30 Seconds To Mars, Grey's, "trying..." (exact match! lol), etc*

Planning to buy Lost Symbol, but haven't seen it in paperback yet. It should be in paperback in order to "not be different" from the rest books in my Dan Brown's collection. :) I like Robert Langdon!

  2. Hehe :) I haven't seen Lost Symbol in paperback either. I got the hardback for just £5 in the pricing war when it came out. Should have been about £20! I quite like Robert Langdon too. I still need to see Angels & Demons on DVD as I missed it when it was at the cinema. Have you seen it? x

  3. I was in London the same week when Lost Symbol first came out. They had it on sale for half price everywhere. But that book is so freaking heavy! I'll just wait! :) I saw 2 movies in cinema. I like Tom Hanks as Robert, but, gah, those movies are worse than books! IMO. :) Btw, Lost Symbol is out in cinemas... in 2012! Oh my! The good thing - I still have plenty of time to read the book. lol Btw, am I the only one who liked Angels and Demons more that The Da Vinci Code?.. :)

  4. Tell me about it, I usually read books when I'm travelling home/back to uni but that one is so heavy, I don't bother. Nothing can beat your imagination though can it? Movies are never as good as the books. Oh 2012 haha that gives me a good 2 years to read it lol. I'm at Chapter 6 atm. No you're not, I loved Angels & Demons more than The Da Vinci Code too! x

  5. Good to know!:) I'm constantly arguing with my hubby and friends about which book is better! lol Paperbacks are so much easier to carry (btw, I read when I'm on my way somewhere, too!) and they fit so well on the bookshelves! :)

Btw, I tagged you! Hope I am the first one to do so! :)
